Since the listing of Leong Hup International (LHI), its share price has moved in tandem with its 28.43%-owned (effective interest) Malaysian-listed Teo Seng Capital. Nevertheless, there is a price divergence between the two entities since early July, whereby Teo Seng’s share price continues to rise and LHI continues to trade lower.
Using 30-min chart, we also saw there is a MACD divergence between the share price of LHI vs its MACD trend.
